Our commitment
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
What has been implemented
- A "skip to main content" link at the start of every page
- A single
<main>landmark on every page - A visible keyboard focus indicator on links, buttons and form controls
- Support for the reduced-motion preference
- A declared page language on every page
- One descriptive top-level heading per page
- Navigation that works without a mouse
Known limitations
- Colour contrast has not been verified against WCAG thresholds on every component
- Some images may lack descriptive alternative text
- Screen-reader testing has not been performed across all pages
- Interactive tools, including the chat assistant and intake forms, have not been fully audited for keyboard and screen-reader use
- Heading hierarchy has not been verified on every page
These are being addressed. We would rather list them than imply a level of conformance we have not verified.
